Black Coffee Co-op is hosting a screening of Metropolis (2012) on Sunday March 2nd, at 7 pm, as part of the irregular Cascadia Film Night.


Metropolis is “an anti-commercial, a negative production, a showcase of the shadow that exists beneath the green grid of the Seattle metropolis, revealing the inner workings of the major corporations, detailing the hierarchy of the state, exploring the daily human interactions that take place on the city streets.” [Emphasis authors’.]


The film is available on “YouTube” here. To facilitate the pirating of their own film, the filmmakers are requesting that torrenters download and share the film via Pirate Bay, here.
